Working knowledge in US/UK regulatory policies, Proven ability to deal with highly personal, confidential information. Experience in financial services transaction data analysis, Excellent English writing, reading and speaking skill. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Excellent communications skills (Verbal and written). Minimum 6 months of chat experience (Mandatory). Undergraduate can apply. Typing speed should be 30 WPM & 90% accuracy. Handle multiple chat at a time.
Answers questions from the customer. Communicate with the customer in real-time. Provide updates on the status of the order. Assist the customer with any issues they have with their orders, products, or services. Answer any questions about the company’s policies and procedures. Handling multiple chats/queries on live chat channel.
