- Knowledge of ETL methods and tools will be advantageous

- Managed database performance monitoring and tweaking, including debugging.
- Manage and resolve production issues. It addresses system outages, job failures, system faults, data defects, and end-user support.
- Manage daily operations using ticketing tools and processes.
- Update applicable tools with case notes, progress updates, and closure information to meet SLA standards.
- Responsible for testing application functionalities.
- Lead or participate in SQL code reviews.
- Provide technical information.
