Qualifications and Experience
BE / B. Tech or ME / M. Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
Experience Required : 0 to 1 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sound technical knowledge, academically good. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with a team on various projects in line with Client requirement.
Liaising with the team to demonstrate an understanding of scope, knowledge, and provide innovative design solutions as per best engineering practices.
Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
Ready to work hands on in BIM Environment and on design software such as Staad pro, Revit.
Familiar with US codes, standards, and practices related to Structural Engineering.
Diligent focus on the quality of deliverables
Compliance to the Arcadis Health and Safety standards
Required competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language, with good report writing, analytical and computer skills.
Technically minded, able to demonstrate numerical and scientific ability and have problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Knowledge of Stead pro & AutoCAD mandatory, desirable to have basic skills on Revit.
